PROMOTION PERIOD: THE KENOSHA SUBARU ("SPONSOR") $50 VISA GIFT CARD GIVEAWAY BEGINS ON FEBRUARY 19, 2018, AT 6PM CENTRAL TIME ("CT") AND ENDS ON FEBRUARY 20, 2018, AT 8:00 PM CT (THE "PROMOTION PERIOD").

ELIGIBILITY: OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS WHO RESIDE IN WISCONSIN OR ILLINOIS

AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Promotion. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor's computer will be the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.

HOW TO ENTER: There is one (1) way to enter the Promotion during the Promotion Period:

VIA FACEBOOK: To enter the Sweepstakes on Facebook, during the Promotional Period, https://www.facebook.com/JanesvilleSubaru/ and follow the entry instructions detailed in the respective Facebook Newsfeed/Timeline posts.

LIMIT: ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON, HOUSEHOLD, EMAIL, OR FACEBOOK ACCOUNT REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY. Online Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address or Facebook ID submitted at the time of Entry. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or Facebook ID. Facebook Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Facebook account submitted at the time of Entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. No mechanical reproductions of entry forms permitted. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, registrations or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. Entrants are responsible for all charges imposed by their Internet service provider, including any applicable taxes on such services, in connection with submission of an entry. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, unreadable, or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. Sponsor will not accept submissions from wireless domains, blacklist domains, or any email address Sponsor deems to be potentially harmful to the Facebook page. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Proof of mailing is not proof of delivery. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Please also see the "Entrant's Personal Information" section below, of these Official Rules.

WINNER SELECTION/VERIFICATION: The potential Promotion winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on February 20, 2018 after 8:00 PM. CT, from among all eligible entries received in each participating market. The potential winners will be notified by e-mail or Facebook private message and will be required to acknowledge acceptance of the prize within five (5) calendar days of initial communication. If the potential winner's prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or the potential winner is ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, or fails to respond to initial communication within five (5) calendar days an alternate winner will be selected at a second chance drawing from among all eligible entries received. The alternate winner will be notified by e-mail or Facebook Private Message and will be required to acknowledge acceptance of the prize within three (3) calendar days of initial communication. If the second-chance winner does not complete, the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or the second-chance winner is ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, no prize will be awarded. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

Prize/odds: There are ONE (1) prize winner. The prize is a $50 VISA gift card.

ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED.

GENERAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Winners are solely responsible for all costs associated with their individual prize, including but not limited to: all federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), and any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize specified herein. Prize may not be transferred or assigned. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserve the right to substitute the Prize in whole or in part with another prize of comparable or greater value if the intended prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.

PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited by law, the acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the Winner's name, hometown, likeness, statements and other personally identifiable information for promotional, advertising and marketing purposes in any media throughout the world without additional compensation, prize, incentive, consideration, consent or review; and upon request, the Prize Winner must provide written consent to such use.

RELEASE: By participating (a) Entrants release Sponsor and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, limited liability companies, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, shareholders, directors, members, employees, licensors, dealerships, and agents (collectively the "Released Parties"), from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages, of any kind caused by their participation, including the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize; (b) Entrants, by participating, agree that Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever, and shall be held harmless by Entrants against any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, death or destruction of property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize(s) (including any travel or activity associated thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes; and (c) acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a prize, including, but not limited to, the prize quality or availability.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Neither Released Parties nor any service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry information, or for any human or other error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data or voice transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost or misdirected mail, or any injury or damage related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. Neither Released Parties nor any service providers are responsible for typographical or other error in the printing of Sweepstakes materials, the administration of the Sweepstakes, or the announcement of the prize winner, including any such error as may give an erroneous indication that a prize has been won. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, TAMPER WITH THE ENTRY PROCESS OR INSTANT WIN GAME, OR OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVE THE RIGHT TO COOPERATE IN THE PROSECUTION OF ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL(S) AND TO PURSUE ALL REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of being executed as planned, or infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of Entrants, technical failures or any other causes which in the opinion of SPONSOR, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, SPONSOR reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any suspect Entry or Entrant and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend, the Sweepstakes and randomly select the winner from valid entries received prior to action taken, or otherwise as may be deemed fair and equitable by the SPONSOR in their sole discretion. .

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to amend the Promotion dates and Official Rules at any time without prior notice or obligation. The Promotion is void where prohibited, licensed, restricted, or taxed. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. If any provision of the Promotion shall be deemed to violate any federal, state, or local law, regulation, or ordinance, it shall be amended to conform to such law and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. If Sponsor is required by applicable federal, state, or local law, regulation, or ordinance or by action of an administrative agency to cease offering the Promotion in any jurisdiction, Sponsor reserves the right to (i) terminate the Promotion in such jurisdiction in its entirety, and/or (ii) cancel and remove from participation in the Promotion any and/or all entries from you if you reside in such jurisdiction, without penalty and without obligation to you.

All information provided by Entrant in connection with this contest is being provided solely to the Sponsor and not to Facebook.
